A passionate and dedicated coach, Max is committed to developing both the technical abilities and character of the players he works with. His coaching philosophy centers on fostering a positive, competitive environment that emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and continuous growth. Drawing on his own high-level playing experience, Max made his professional debut with Cavalry FC at just 17 years old before going on to win the U SPORTS National Championship with Cape Breton University in 2023.
