  • 1 on 1 Game Feedback Sessions

    First, mentors will ask players for their game film. Players will then have 3 to 6 one-on-one meetings (depending on your package) with their 1UP mentor. Players will receive direct technical and tactical feedback through 1UP coaching points, based on their games. Players will also have an opportunity to ask their mentor any questions they see fit - advice, goal setting, problems they may be having, or anything else over the period of their package!

  • Mentorship Packages

    6 Month Package $374.99 or $62.50 per month:

    - 3 game review sessions spread across six months.

    - 1 in-person game, where your mentor will come see you play live. (If located in Calgary)

    - Ongoing sport support (player will have ongoing access to mentor via email)

    -Payment plan available

    12 Month Package $699.99 or $58.33 per month:

    - 6 game review sessions spread across twelve months.

    - 1 in-person game, where your mentor will come see you play live. (If located in Calgary)

    - Ongoing sport support (player will have ongoing access to mentor via email)

    - 1 free in person 1-on-1 advanced technical training (if outside of Calgary, add 1 game review sessions)

    Single Session Package $129.99:

    - 1 game review session

  • Track your Improvement

    The Mentorship program aims to deepen players' connection to the game through Individual Progression Trackers (IPT) Forms, and advanced analysis. Our staff provides comprehensive understanding with 1UP coaching points and feedback on in-game performances, helping players improve in their partner and group session, and ultimately, their game day performances.

    Learn from your mentor on the pitch. Ask your mentor about 1-on-1 training sessions, live on the pitch. This will help the player understand technical improvements needed, through repitition.

The flexibility of online mentorship allows players to benefit from our program regardless of their location, making it a convenient and effective solution for those committed to excelling in soccer. We aim to make players feel more valued on and off the pitch with a 1up twist.

Book a Mentor

  • Mentors will have many available dates and be flexible with your personalized schedule. Players have the freedom to reschedule due to conflicts and then to find new available days

  • Each different package offers full access to 1UP mentor throughout their package, as well as other exciting offers included above.

  • Your mentor vows to plan well-developed sessions to deliver for players backed up by 1up coaching points so players can apply it to their session further. Mentors will also complete IPT forms to help show players their progression. Lastly, mentors will be in contact with the individual player over the span of the package to offer full support.
