Player Bio:
Niko has lived soccer for the majority of his life since he was 4 years old. The moment he touched a football he fell in love with the game and developed an unwavering passion and commitment to footy and has loved every minute of it ever since. Niko started his journey at grassroots and progressed to CMSA and is currently in his last season of APDL. Niko has played at various different clubs and organizations and is currently playing for South West United. Niko was introduced to 1UP originally in the summer of 2025 and was drawn to the positive competitive culture and the high standard of play it offers, as well as the coaches commitment of making a fostering environment that helps growth amongst players.
Coaching Bio:
Niko recently started his coaching journey through the junior coaching program. Niko has known 1UP’s CEO Graham Fisher for well over a decade and Graham been an influential mentor and amazing coach in his soccer journey through his ability to bring the best out of players in a fun and engaging way. The familiarity and friendship between Graham and Niko played a huge role in him wanting to get more involved in the 1UP scene. He is an energetic and fun coach that keeps sessions very engaging and hard to turn away from and is also able to bring technical excellence out in players and an overall competitive nature.
