The bridge between youth soccer and the next level. Whether it’s university or a pro pathway.

10+ pros and Canadian internationals have come through this program. If you're serious about your next step, university, college, or going pro, this is where you keep levelling up.

1UP's U20 program is built for players born 2009 to 2005 who want high-level development while they figure out what comes next. Small groups, high standards, real feedback, and coaching from current and former pros. Over 7,000 players have already improved with us.

Will you be next?

WHO IT'S FOR

• Players born 2009 to 2005 in the top two tiers of their age group.

• Players are grouped and split carefully by age and developmental stage, you train with players at your level, not one big mixed group.

WHAT YOU GET

• Fast, fun, high-energy sessions, 8-10 players max

• 90 minute sessions

• Learn from current and former pros

• Flexible around your club schedule, so club conflicts don't cost you a session

• Improve your game-day performance, guaranteed

HOW IT RUNS

Sessions run weekly through the outdoor season at 1UP North West Field (14 Royal Vista Link NW, Northwest Calgary). Current session times are shared with players once accepted.

THE 1UP TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

Before your first session, you'll get the 1UP Training Menu (our full curriculum) with topics, coaching points, and session objectives. We commit to:

• Finding each player's strengths and the areas to sharpen.

• Using question-and-answer and guided-discovery coaching to build problem-solving and creativity.

• Growing confidence. Train freely. Mistakes get made here, that's the point. Work through them and grow.

• Game-realistic environments, so what you train shows up in your games.
