Calgary’s favourite camp is back! 1UP’s Attackers vs Defenders Camp! Designed for players from EVERY position, as all players will be attacking and defending. Two days of elite, game-realistic training where every player rotates as both attacker and defender in an attempt to improve both sides of the game.
The top attacker and defender in each mini group will receive a prize at the end of the camp.
1UP has trained over 10,000 players in Calgary, including current pros Aribim Pepple, Victor Loturi, Niko Myroniuk, Dani Feria Estrada, and many more. Will you be next?

Players are grouped and split carefully by age and developmental stage.

You won't be in coached sessions, but you'll get a high volume of shots and reps in game-realistic environments.

Competition Day.
1 Player from each mini-group will be awarded champion.
Using the same game realistic situations as the training day, the players will compete against each other while alternating between attacker and defender.
Score a goal? +1 Point.
Get scored on? -1 Point.

Register your Grassroots player born between 2019 and 2022, any level or experience welcome. It's the perfect way to build important basics, get lots of touches on the ball, and fall in love with the game.

Players are split into smaller groups by age and stage on the field, so your little one trains with kids their size and level.
Led by qualified, fun coaches (no parent coaches), assisted by former 1UP players who now play at a high level.
