Emma Brings a youthful face to our coaching staff. She is very driven to help players find their confidence and grow their skills. Emma has been with 1UP since she was a player, working through the ranks of Junior coaching and now a senior staff coach.

To become confident in 1v1 duels against attackers, learn to defend and win the ball to attack.
Coaching Points:
1. Arrive at the ball quickly
Slow down as you get close
Get low and delay
Wait for a trigger to win the ball

1UP fam, let’s take a minute to wish 1UP’s Director of Football Operations Keegan Biggs a belated happy birthday! Keegan celebrated his birthday on Tuesday, November 18th!
Keegan’s 1UP journey is nothing short of legendary.
Keegan started as a player in the 1UP academy as a teenager, then transitioned to a junior coach, which shortly earned him a role as a paid 1UP coach. Fast forward to now where Keegan has taken a full time role as 1UP’s Director of Football Operations and runs 1UP Soccer daily.
Thank you for all your work coach Keegan from the entire 1UP staff! We truly appreciate all you do and couldn’t ask for a better soccer academy and 1UP family! Happy birthday boss! 🫡❤️
