Today we say farewell to Coach Eric as he moves on from 1UP to pursue fitness training with his company, Frey Fit!
Thank you for your time and the impact you had on all of our players and our programs. Coach Eric recently led our sports performance station at the 1UP Outdoor Prep Camp.
We wish Eric all the best in his fitness training journey and can’t wait to see him on the field with 1UP United!
