Welcome to the registration page for our Grassroots Skills Program for the Indoor 2025/26 Season, Term 2. Program details:

Age Groups

1UP Debut (2021-2020)

This program is for players looking for a fun and enjoyable experience while learning the basics of the game. Players will start the process of developing technical abilities and good player habits. We can’t wait to see you on the pitch!

1UP Foundation (2019-2018)

Find the PASSION for the game! This is where players will refine and further develop their player habits to prepare them for U9 and competitive soccer. Players in U9 have the chance to transition to our Small Group Training, where they rapidly progress their skills and habits within game realistic training!

Term 2 Schedule & Locations

Location Options (you have the ability to choose one, or both):

Wednesdays SOUTH - Feb 11th - Apr 26th (excluding Apr 1st)

Sundays NORTH - Feb 22nd - Apr 19th (excluding Feb 8th, 15th, Mar 22nd, Apr 5th, 26th):

By registering for one or both of the above training times, players will receive FREE Sunday Game Days:

Sundays (3 Game Days) - February 8th, March 22nd, April 26th

Our Method. Grassroots Training Details

Each Grassroots Skills session will be split into 4 stations:

  1. A fun arrival game

  2. An unopposed skills station with a high amount or repetitions to lock in important techniques

  3. An opposed skills station with a defender to allow players to try their new skill in a game realistic situation

  4. A fun game Station!

Mini-Games Sundays (Free Bonus)

On a handful of Sundays, grassroots players will have a chance to come together, apply what they learned, have fun and play in a stress free 1UP environment! Game days: February 8th, March 22nd, April 26th at the Calgary Soccer Centre!

Rates

  • Skills Training: $24.99/player per session (auto-charged for simplicity)

  • Sunday Games Day: FREE (If registered for Tuesday or Wednesday)

NEW Payment Process

No upfront fees!

We are excited to announce there will now be no up front fees for our Grassroots Players. Payments will now be made per session via Credit Card, auto-charged, with the luxury of rescheduling your session to a different day.

  1. Upon registering, you will use your credit card towards a new shirt or a $1 registration fee

  2. An initial invoice will be sent to you after the first session

  3. From there, 48 hours prior to your remaining session start times, your credit card will be automatically debited for that session

  4. Lastly, if you can’t make your session, not to worry - you have the ability to use our renowned reschedule process, explained below. This way, you avoid paying for a session you can’t attend

The 1UP Reschedule Program

At 1UP, one of our main philosophies is to help players plan around club scheduling and busy lifestyles. Why? So you don’t have to miss a session and to ensure you don’t pay for a session you don’t attend.
