Age specific, fun, “Strength & Conditioning” to prepare yourself physically for the outdoor season
Intro to Sports Psychology
Age specific discussions, information, tips & tricks to strengthen your mind and improve mental performance on and off the pitch. Registered psychologist and soccer coach Jordan Rao will be delivering sports psychology seminars over the weekend open to all players and parents.
Open to Goalkeepers!
Goalkeepers will not be coached, but will receive an unreal amount of shots and repetitions in game realistic environments, for a much discounted rate.

No parent coaches - 1UP Grassroots is led by qualified, fun coaches, assisted by former 1UP players who are now successful players!
