We’re excited to welcome Mykena Walker to the
1UP coaching staff!
Currently competing at University of Calgary Dinos in women’s USports,Mykena brings a high-level playing background, strong work ethic, and a passion for player development. She’s committed to creating a positive, competitive environment where athletes can grow with confidence, both on and off the pitch. We’re thrilled to have her on the team and can’t wait for the impact she’ll make with our players.

Coaching Points:
Arrive at the ball quickly
Slow down as you get close
Get low and delay
Wait for a trigger to win the ball

1UP’s NEW Multi Sport Summer Camps 😎
This summer, we are excited to launch something brand new!
For the first time, we mix soccer, swimming and multi sport activities all rolled into one camp! This camp will be packed full of fun, but its is designed to deliver more than just childcare.
Each day combines high-quality soccer coaching led by 1UP’s team of experienced professional coaches with a wide range of engaging recreational activities. We are also proud to offer before and after care to make the day even easier for local families.
